After many years of working the office supply business, in August 2002, Dena started working the insurance industry. She earned her license from the South Carolina Department of Insurance in February 2004. On May 17, 2005, Dena joined David A. Crotts & Associates. She earned the Designation of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) in August 2010.
